Responsibilities include conducting construction/remodeling inspections, reviewing permit applications and construction documents, and providing information to residents and contractors on relevant building code matters.

This position is a subject matter expert and works under the general guidance and direction of the Chief Building Official to provide a wide variety of plan review and inspection services to ensure all building and related codes, policies and ordinances are effectively enforced and administered.
