Building Inspector

The City of Hugo, a rapidly growing community in Washington County, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Building Inspector within the Building Department.  The primary purpose of the Building Inspector position is to perform skilled and technical work with primary responsibility to conduct field inspections relating to new construction and existing structures.   The Building Inspector assists the Building Official in scheduling inspections, responding to questions, issuing permits, and conducting plan reviews. The selected individual will also process applications, issue permits and respond to information requests.
